Gostišče Grič, located in the village of Šentjošt, 20 km from Ljubljana, is a very special restaurant, run by the world-renowned Slovenian chef Luka Košir. All its vegetables, cheese, eggs, meat, and dry-cured meat products are sourced locally. Luka Košir's motto is »from the garden to the table« and his mission is to share the authentic experience of the Slovenian countryside.

Ljubljana’s culinary offer is characterised by local ingredients, the adherence to traditional cooking methods as well as the diversity of dishes. Slovene cuisine combines the influences of the Mediterranean and the Balkans, of the Alps and of the Pannonian Basin.
